Fifth Grade Growth and Development

Dear Parents,

Near the end of the school year fifth graders participate in a personal hygiene and puberty discussion.  Personal hygiene and puberty are both topics that are addressed in the fifth grade science curriculum here at St. Paul’s.   Mr. Nerstheimer will be meeting with the 5^th grade boys and the girls will meet with Miss Laird and Mrs. Nash.  During this session, students will take a short personal hygiene quiz, watch a movie about personal hygiene and changes during puberty, and will have a question and answer session.  We will be meeting on Thursday, March 26th.   If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
