Snow Day assignment 2/4/14

Happy snow day everyone! As promised, you do have a little bit of homework on your day off. So, before you head out sledding here are just a few things to do.

Language Arts- Make sure you have completed the final draft of the outline, bibliography, and title page. Use the packet with directions given last week in class to complete this (you can also use your "life packet" as a guide). If you have an issue with formatting just make sure everything is typed and we can fix the formatting at school. Nothing needs to be printed out. Just finish on Google Drive.

 Reading
Miss Laird's Class-  Read Chapter 6 in Small Steps. Continue to add to your list of characteristics about Peg. Also add examples to your other list we started in class today. Find at least 3 specific examples about how Peg has already changed from the beginning of the book.

Mrs. Nash's class- Read chapter 13 in Jayhawker. Write a 5-7 sentence summary of the chapter. Remember, a summary picks out the most important parts. You are not retelling the chapter you are determining the most important events for your summary.
