Students have been very busy at school making their final Exchange City preparations, and they are very excited for the trip! There are several important details students need to remember for the trip:

Students have been very busy at school making their final Exchange City preparations, and they are very excited for the trip! There are several important details students need to remember for the trip:
- We will leave St. Paul's promptly at 9:00 am and will return around 3:10. The Exchange City day lasts from 9:30-2:30.
- Every student who did not pre-order a sack lunch from school will need to bring their own lunch from home. Exchange City asks that lunch items are eco-friendly so students should try to bring their lunch in items that can be recycled or that they will take back home with them.
- Exchange City has a gift shop, so if students would like to purchase any items they can bring up to $10 in cash.

Academics
In language arts, students finished their explanatory papers on google docs. We also began our grammar unit on adjectives and completed Wordly Wise #17. Students will not have Wordly Wise for the next few weeks because we will begin our third and final WordMasters Challenge later this week.
Students in Mr. Ward's reading class are finishing Holes by Louis Sachar. Mrs. Nash's class is finishing Jayhawker by Patricia Beatty. Students will test over Jayhawker on Wednesday, April 10th.
In science, students have started their next unit over the earth's resources.
Students learned about the failures Articles of Confederation and the beginning stages of the U.S. Constitution in social studies. We will focus on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights next.
