Parents are encouraged to bring a lunch with them, but students will still be able to order a lunch from the cafeteria.
Southmoreland Park
The third, fourth and fifth grades will be walking to Southmoreland Park on Thursday, May 24.
Southmoreland Park is within 15 minutes walking from St. Paul’s School, between Warwick and Oak Street, and adjacent to the Nelson-Atkins Museum .
We will leave the school at 11:30 and return to school by 2 PM.
At the park we will enjoy each others’ company as we have lunch and play games. If your child did not order a sack lunch from the cafeteria, they will need to bring a lunch from home on the last day.
Summer Reading
The summer reading assignment for students entering sixth grade consists of reading three books, one of which is assigned and provided by the school, and completing three book reports. These book reports will be the first grade in sixth grade reading. For more information about this assignment please visit the Middle School summer reading section of the library blog. We will be going over this assignment in depth on Tuesday, May 22nd.
